Guanghai Gong was born in Zhejiang, China, in 1977. He received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 1999 and 2002 respectively. Since June 1, 2002, he has been a Ph.D. student at Power Electronic Systems
Laboratory, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.His research interests include hybrid power amplifiers, soft-switched
DC/DC converters, and AC-DC converters for aircraft application. He has authored/co-authored 13 papers published in international journals and conferences. Since 2002, he has been a student member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He received 2005 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad.

In Chinese Union of Zurich (CUZ), he has been a member of executive committee as a project manager of liaison and propaganda since CUZ was found in 2003. He established CUZ photography club in 2005 and served as the secrearery general since July, 2006.

Mr. Chunlei Liu, Born at Huanggang, in the province of Hubei in the middle of Yangzi River. He received B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2000, M.S.E. degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2003 both from Central South University, China. He worked for the Semiconductor Manufacture International Company (SMIC-Shanghai) as a senior associate engineer after graduation.

He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Materials Science Department of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zürich) and Swiss Federal Laboratory of Materials (EMPA Dübendorf). His research interests are in the areas of characterization and modelling of the interface reactions between diamond and active brazing alloys. rdination.

Liv Minder graduated from Zurich University. She studied political science and economic history and worked until 2003 at the Center for Security Studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). Until 2007 she worked as the head of foreign relations of the Canton Schaffhausen.

She currently lives and works in Shanghai, China.

Mr. Chen Cheng has studied at Tongji University in Shanghai and holds the B. Law and M. Law degrees from the University of Fribourg. He has worked for a Swiss law firm in Berne during 2003-2006 and afterwards for a Swiss law firm in Zurich, which has a solid position as one of Switzerland's major law firms. His preferred areas of practice are corporate, commercial and contract law, international arbitration, intellectual property law, and migration law.
